For dog washing, the 5-litre cylinder is suitable for up to 2 large dogs or 3 small dogs.  The 8-litre cylinder is suitable for bigger packs.

For showering, the 5-litre cylinder will give you approximately 2.5 minutes of continuous running water when using the 'flat' setting. The 8-litre cylinder will last for approximately 4 minutes. (Times will vary depending on the shower setting used and the rate of pressure maintained)

Remember, this product is designed to be used when no mains water pressure is available and without the aid of electricity, plug-in adaptors or batteries.  The water pressure will not be as strong as that of a mains-fed tap or hose, but it is stronger than a gravity-fed system.

The speed of water will also depend on the shower setting used.  The finer the spray, the faster the flow of water. We find that the 'flat' setting provides the best mix of water coverage and flow when washing dogs.

PLEASE NOTE Re-pressurising the cylinder using the pump handle will be required during use.  This is the result of water leaving the cylinder, allowing the air to expand and the pressure to drop.

The neoprene jacket can be hand washed at 30° C. Do not tumble dry, iron or bleach. The jacket can be either washed whilst on the cylinder or removed from the cylinder for a more thorough clean. As a reminder, there is a care label inside the jacket. Please wash separately as the colour may run.

To remove the jacket:

• Unclip the straps
• For the 5-litre cylinder only, unscrew the pressure release valve and store it safely
• For the 5-litre cylinder only, unscrew the hosepipe from the cylinder and extract the tube.  The tube has a small plastic filter on the end - be careful not to lose this item as it protects the pump from obstructions.
• Unzip the jacket and carefully remove it from the cylinder. The 8-litre jacket should have enough stretch to go over the hose and pressure valve

To fit the jacket:

• Repeat the above process in reverse
• Be careful to keep the material clear as you fit the hosepipe and pressure release valve. If these are not fitted tightly to the cylinder, air will escape and the cylinder will lose pressure. 
• Test the seals by pumping air into the cylinder and listening for air escaping.  You may need a pair of soft-grip pliers to tighten the valves (or wrap some soft material around the jaws of metal pliers)

After a time, it is reasonable to expect the logo and symbols on the jacket to fade and crack, particularly after repeated washing

The receipt of your payment does not constitute our acceptance of your order.  Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order. You are responsible for ensuring the contact details provided are correct. We will not be responsible if you do not receive the Dispatch email or other confirmation from us where the details you have supplied are incorrect or in the event of communication system failures outside our control

Free delivery applies to orders over £35 to UK addresses and will be normally within 2 working days.  Orders received before 12:00 pm may receive next-day delivery in certain circumstances. Remote areas and islands may take 3 days

We use only reputable couriers to ship your purchases and all deliveries are tracked. We will email you with the tracking information as soon as it is arranged.

All deliveries are subject to availability and working days exclude public holidays. Please note that all delivery times are provided as best endeavours and we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control.

Additional delivery charges will apply to the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

We are not able to make make deliveries outside of the UK (& IoM & Channel Islands) due to the punitive costs imposed by Customs.

Please keep hold of all original packaging until you are completely satisfied that the products meet your expectation.  If they don't, please let us know why to see if we can do anything to help.  If you are still not satisfied and would like to return an item(s), we offer a free return service within the first 30 days of receipt.  Please ensure the product is placed in the original packaging and email our customer services team and we will arrange a FREE courier collection on a weekday to suit you. Please let us know if you require a refund or a replacement, and a reason for the return.

Small Print

Free Returns only apply to items to be collected from UK addresses and the product and packaging are in the same condition as received. If you are outside the UK and wish to return an item you must pay for all delivery, tax, duty and any other charges.

We will organise a refund (or replacement if requested) as soon as we receive the items. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 48hrs of receipt. Please allow 3-5 working days for payments to show on your account. Replacements will be arranged as soon as we have received the returned items.

What Will Be Refunded?

Provided the refund is requested within 30 days and the products & packaging are returned as sold, we will refund the full value as shown on your order. We cannot refund any additional costs that might apply to deliveries outside the UK.
